Easy Pico de Gallo

Fresh pico de gallo with plum tomatoes, white onion, jalapeño, serrano, and lime. Chop, stir, taste, and it's ready.

Fresh and Punchy No-Cook Salsa

There are many kinds of salsas that come from various cultures. The ingredients and process to make them vary quite a bit, and as such so do the flavors and ways you can use them. Often times I don’t feel like making a complicated one to use on my tacos or enchiladas, so this is where a classic pico de gallo comes in.

Juicy plum tomatoes, white onion, a couple of peppers, salt, and lime juice are all this takes, and it can last in the fridge a few days (frankly, it becomes better this way, too).

Toss this together for your next taco night. You won’t regret it.
