Hi, my name is Nick. I’m a 15 year corporate marketer turned full-time home cook.

Like so many others, I got burnt out in the daily grind. One day I thought to myself “what if I had time to focus on cooking, and sharing that with others?” The apt name “If You Have Time” quickly followed.

I believe everyone can cook, but finding the time or the right recipe to make in the time you have is often the challenge. This blog is built to provide for any of those moments. When you have time to set a pot of stock simmering all day. When you need something easy to make in 30 minutes that doesn’t come from a box. You need to be able to cook with the time you have (and not the time you with you had.
