Instant Pot Pulled Pork

Pork shoulder, a handful of spices, and a couple of jalapeños go into the Instant Pot. A few minutes under the broiler turns the BBQ sauce sticky and caramelized.

My Instant Pot is a Workhorse

For years I relied on my slow cooker to achieve tender results from famously tough cuts of meat. A few years ago I finally gave in to the Instant Pot craze, and realized the error of my ways.

This appliance gets the results of slow cooking, but in a fraction of the time thanks to its pressure cooking mode. In addition to that, there are several other modes (such as searing, rice cooking) that make this an indespensible tool in any home kitchen.
